What are your pool hours?
Our pools are open Monday-Friday 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and weekends 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes! We offer complimentary trial sessions for new members. Contact us to schedule yours.
What equipment do I need to bring?
Just bring your swimsuit, goggles, and a towel. We provide all training equipment and facilities.
Are there age restrictions for programs?
We offer programs for all ages, from youth development to adult competitive swimming.
