1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using FASTLANE Swimming facilities, programs, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all members, participants, visitors, and users of FASTLANE Swimming facilities and services.
2. Membership & Registration
All participants must complete registration and provide accurate personal information. Medical clearance is required for competitive programs and intensive training. Membership fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice for cancellation.
3. Safety & Liability
All participants must demonstrate basic swimming competency before joining programs. Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or authorized guardian. No diving in shallow areas - follow all posted safety guidelines. FASTLANE Swimming is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss.
4. Facility Rules & Conduct
Appropriate swimwear is required - competitive suits recommended for training. Shower before entering pool areas. Follow lane etiquette and coaching instructions at all times. No running, rough play, or disruptive behavior in facility areas. Glass containers and alcohol are prohibited in all facility areas.
5. Training Programs & Coaching
Regular attendance is required to maintain program enrollment. Coaching assignments are based on skill level and performance assessments. Competition participation is subject to coach approval and qualification standards. Additional fees apply for competitions, equipment, and specialized training.
6. Payment Terms & Fees
Payment is due by the 1st of each month for monthly memberships. Late payment fees apply after a 10-day grace period. Returned payment fee: $25 AUD per occurrence. Membership suspension occurs after 30 days of non-payment.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is collected for membership and safety purposes only. Emergency contact information may be shared with medical personnel if needed. Photography/video recording may occur for promotional purposes. Opt-out options are available for promotional material usage.
8. Modifications & Updates
FASTLANE Swimming reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or facility postings. Continued use of facilities constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Program schedules, coaching assignments, and facility hours are subject to change based on operational needs and safety requirements.
